Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. This role is pivotal in developing strategic relationships with large accounts, enhancing customer satisfaction, and increasing our market share. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management and sales within the financial services industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of payment solutions and client management. Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand company footprint and ensure revenue targets are met. Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders within large accounts. Analyze client needs and trends to offer tailored payment solutions. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to address client-specific requirements. Monitor market and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the leadership. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) preferred Professional Selling Skills (PSS) certification
