to find a qualified OR RN in Durham, North Carolina, 27704! Job
Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Operating

Experience: Minimum 2 years License: NC or Compact license in hand
Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Previous charge experience
and patient ratio experience Charting system experience with
preferred experience in Epic General OR skills, infection control,
specimen handling/labeling, universal protocol, wound management,
and preceptor skills required Description: The Registered Nurse
will work in the Operating Room. This position requires flexibility
in scheduling as the schedule will change weekly based on needs.
On-call shifts are expected 2-3 days per month, including weekends
and holidays as needed. Flu vaccines are mandatory, with no
exemptions accepted. The role involves working with various
surgical specialties including neurology, orthopedics, general
surgery, bariatrics, urology, and more. The nurse will utilize
specialized equipment such as the Intuitive Da Vinci XI, Neptune,
and Stryker Video Tower among others. The position is responsible
for maintaining infection control protocols and ensuring patient
safety during surgical procedures. Experience working with
adolescents, adults, and geriatrics is preferred. The daily census
for the operating room is approximately 40 patients. 5 Benefits of
